non-halal here i meant is 'pork'...
bt somehow..there are few pub here at cyber
bt this still nt able to drew the crowd..
most of ppl will thought of cyberjaya as working place instead of staying place..its the kind of perception that this place gives out..
i nt sure what will this place become once all the new development completed, bt 1 thing for sure...
'no pork policy' will always be applied...
unless Barang Naik become Barang Jatuh...

i think many developers trapped in cyberjaya fantasy and acquired many land bank during M time. when they see the prop market booming so they quickyly launch new projects. but they cant build ordinary prop coz outside cyberjaya has many and better pricing.

i have travel many countries and never see a place booming if far from the city. for m'sia standard i think the limit is 30km from klcc.

I work in Cyber jaya for quite a while now & realized even foreigner colleagues of mine rather stay in Sri Kembangan, Sri Petaling, Puchong or OUG & drive to work than staying in Cyber jaya. They told me, it is just so damn bored to stay in here.

There is already a bak kut teh shop in Cyber Domain area, taste is so so lah. Cheap food is still lacking, many still drive a short distance to Dengkil for Chinese food.

Was thinking the same too man. Hire some "Min Din" ppl come cook for me hahaha. Sell Chap Fan and Pan Mee. RM6 bucks include "shuet cha" gurantee will be flooded with ppl. Blardy OLD TOWN naik harga 60 cents this week. damn.

BKT in CBJ, sekali the "people" protest you have to close shop. good luck.

i mean place like puchong, cheras, kuantan, k.tganu, batu feringghi etc...like specific here, cyberjaya.
