currently no..after 2013 when all development complete..will oversupply of properties...those who invest and trying to sell could not yield high profit...

i work in cyberjaya for 4 years..company with 1.5k staffs..but less than 3% stay in cyber
if they ever having gathering/farewell/dinner/movie/teambuilding etc...they rather travel out of cyberjaya

those who stay in cyber mostly students from uni or colleges and foreigners working there..these ppl just rent, not buy it

for local...everyone rather stay in area nearby like sri kembangan/serdang/bukit jalil/puchong..
