As an agent, sometimes I like to test my buyer when viewing a T-junction house, let's say 800K mkt price, T-junction unit put up for sale for 770K (quite normal), almost all my buyers dun want becoz feng shui bad, critic a lot saying bad for health lah, business die lah, dangerous lah, worry people around him say stupid bla bla. But when I say it is cost 500K only, almost 99% of my buyers immediately confirm purchase!! I ask why buying? They say indeed T-junction no so badlah

If not mistaken, the floor tiles is imported fr China, top grade tiles, in terms of glossiness, hardness and stain resistant, much better than local white horse!

Frankly, house width of 25' shd build 5' wide stairs, looks presentable
The advantage is easier to shift yr big size furnitures
