Not too late, if budget constraint try to pool some funds fr close friends / relatives to invest, it is safer to place yr money in property compared to stock mkt, gold or commodity. Invest in landed freehold property in decent location like AI is the most conservative investment after fixed deposit in bank.
I hv 4 friends who share share buying Pentas too, each one contribute cash upfront bout 20K+-. 90% loan

Pentas must hold after VP, becoz I&P has left 6-7 launchings, my prediction is 900K VP, 1.0 mil - 1-2 yrs after VP. 1.2 mil - 1.3 mil in 2015-2016. Just forecast. Dun ask me why ya

Good to see the recent opening of 31acres Taman Idaman within AI.....heard 1500trees from 50different species will be planted.....mini forest is shaping up well for the AI community.

I don't think one could find a similar mini forest concept within a township and we are taking about 31acres in size....so AI value will be further unlocked.

As an agent, sometimes I like to test my buyer when viewing a T-junction house, let's say 800K mkt price, T-junction unit put up for sale for 770K (quite normal), almost all my buyers dun want becoz feng shui bad, critic a lot saying bad for health lah, business die lah, dangerous lah, worry people around him say stupid bla bla. But when I say it is cost 500K only, almost 99% of my buyers immediately confirm purchase!! I ask why buying? They say indeed T-junction no so badlah biggrin.gif

Frankly, house width of 25' shd build 5' wide stairs, looks presentable
The advantage is easier to shift yr big size furnitures
