This facade is still nice and simple. Later the facade not that nice anymore.

25'x85' size is a hidden gem...price less than $250psf is a great buy esp for ownstayers

if got DIBS, i will consider to get one... hmm.gif

Oh, there'll be an international school in AI? Didn't see it in the masterplan. See lots of unity schools. Is it confirmed that it's in the plan?

It will be good can have chinese, Indian, kebangsaan and International school. Then AI can develop faster with more people move in.

Aren't unity schools (sekolah bersepadu) exactly that? The different schools sharing same compound and fostering interaction between the races?

I'm quite confused with the education system in Malaysia anyway, so I might be wrong. hmm.gif

Putra Heights currently got 1, but the Chinese school is on construction stage.. Tamil school no news.. For AI, it will take a long time, at least 5 yrs above to have all this materialize. I remember the Naza sales told me that at least 10 years.. sweat.gif I think currently AI don't have proper kindergarten also. Rite? smile.gif
