Summarised pts:
1. AI has access to nearby matured commercial facilities in the locale and 60sen toll fee is a small cost
2. AI has great potential upsides and value growth....250psf has high margin of safety
3. AI houses are in rows like the rest of townships...but the USPs are (well maintained lakes & mini forest park, multiple linear parks, low density, quality finishings, spacious layout, etc)

Btw, InP, MBB and SPS are under PNB (Permodalan Nasional Bhd) and not Khazanah....
