i noticed sometimes when i am talking to my fren using viber, after like more than 30 minutes, it will hang there...the time of call just stop moving and suddenly no sound... if u din check the phone, u duno it hang..it suddenly turn up to be no sound no response...cant close it or exit it and have to wait the pop out "viber stop working and close it".. or restart the phone... i faced this in my note 2, s3 and my fren's desire hd.. it does not happen all the time..but quite frequent.. normally it happen when i use it to talk like 1 hr+

1. what phone do you have? which version of operating system?

2. Which version of Viber are you using?
3.0.1

3. Which error message exactly do you see when trying to make the call?
It can't support my Jabra EasyVoice Bluetooth handsfree.

Please note that Viber does not officially support your device yet, and that may be the reason for the problems you are experiencing. Here is the full list of officially supported devices: http://bit.ly/Hm5k9p
We are continuously working to adapt Viber to more and more devices, and we hope to make your device fully compatible soon. When we have news, we'll let you know.

* In addition, we are aware of the problem with Bluetooth (in general) on some devices, and we apologize for the temporary inconvenience caused. We plan to fix Viber's incompatibility with Bluetooth on those devices hopefully soon, and we will keep you posted once we have news.

i like the latest viber call screen but can viber make it to full screen HD call screen with all the buttons become semi transparent?

when after answering an incoming call via viber, it will open the viber app contact log. Pleas remove this feature or set an option for this, i don't like it to open app after call ends. thank you

i notice nowadays, someone call me thru viber, i will receive the call like few sec later...this happen after the new update.. or occasionally i don receive the call notification ...then a while will pop out that i have a miss call...then after that, when other side call me again, the call get through immediately.. blush.gif

same here on my end. using a nexus 4.

also, the app freezes a lot on the nexus 4, you can see the feedback that is specific to nexus 4 in the play store reviews.

Have you made sure that this isn't a connection issue on either side of the call?
Please test Viber when connect to a few different WiFi networks. Does the problem persist?

i have tested with wifi and 3g data connection..this mostly happen during the first call ....then after the first call pop out there is a miss call for me, then the problem gone.. but if i open the viber stay in the viber before the person call, then this problem does not happen.. i also face the freeze problem occasionally.. after the new update, the freeze problem reduce but still come back once or twice per month..

when tap on the picture on my stock phone book, it will pop up options for me to choose viber or whatsapp etc. and when i tap viber the screen flash and could not call via viber. Please fix this bug, it starts to happen when i update to the latest version via google play. Please advise how am i suppose to revert to the older version. thanks

In general, Viber does not integrate with your native contact list (so this option shouldn't have appeared).

my contacts list does not showing their picture.. before this, it was there.. but after i formatted my phone, reinstall viber back, the contact picture for all my friends gone..

btw, i'm using samsung s3..

and sometimes, i try to use "update contact" option and a popup coming out, it shows "viber service is currently unavailable or being blocked. please try again later."

i have not faced this problem before.. it my first time today..
