try to connect the phone to pc's n open itunes..see whether the phone is detected or not..if detected see whether it can be open or not..if can do a clean restore it with latest ios version...

Seems no luck reviving your iPhone, why not you press both home + power button while plugging to your PC simultaneously till "plug in iTunes logo" appears then you click restore. After finish restoring just restore backup and you are ready to go go go.

Check iclarified news as well but even the cheapest iPhone will cost more than 200 bucks which is not cheap.

yeah, just read it..surely its not so cheap when it reach malaysia market....but still it can be dream come true for those who didnt have enough cash o buy 16gb version....

when i do clean restore,then the error message show 1002,what is the problem ??? even i change to other PC also same error 1002 come out.

try refer to THIS link mate..it seems like ur iphone got hardware problem mate..try to use other usb cable to connect to the pc's..

same error 1002 pop out after change the USB cable !!!!

try uninstall itunes and install back itunes..see whether the error still pop out or not..

i saw in apple forum, a forummer said there were no solution to the problem yet.

the phone can turn on or not? there is no firmware in it is it?
what firmware are you downloading? latest 4.3.5?

this should be a hardware problem mate...only 1 way to solve this...find a forumer in GARAGE SALE that provide iphone repair service mate...

epsonstylux - warranty period is past,the phone can turn on but is on DFU. the iPhone firmware now is 4.3.5. custom or stock firmware restore also pop out error 1002.

which is he using iphone 3g, version 4.2.1
the problem is the wi-fi stuck at choosing a network
before that no problem, but dunno since when this problem appear
she can't connect her home wifi network, also can't connect my home wifi
what should i do ??
already try reset network setting, also same

Its not an hardware relating problem.Should be the firmware error or such.
Why not asks your aunt to restore the firmware to iOS 4.0 where for iPhone 3g,thats the most stable version compare to 4.2.1 which lead laggy.
p/s : aunt jailbrake the iPhone ?

What is the last changes you did to your iPhone ? Installed any Jailbrake tweaks ?
Try to soft reset your iPhone if it could.Wait for the phone progression and see.If it still persist,then reflash the firmware.
