What battery drain issue are you having? I find that 4.3.3 is fine (I've installed some Winterboard theme so that has cause the battery to drain a bit faster but when I didn't have it before, 4.3.3 was fine)

I think it has something to do with your battery dying. You may need to look at the option of getting a new battery.

hi, may I know if I buy the iphone4 from Maxis with their data plan, the iphone itself is a unlocked (sim free) set or locked set? Can I use for other telco although I buy from Maxis? TQ

There's a thread somewhere about iPhone repair shops, you might want to search the thread. Maybe there's a shop in Penang which can do what you need to do to replace the battery.
