Just drop by to ur nearest stand char branch and apply for it.i got mine last week and was told each branch has its allocation,such as melaka only received 100pcs.i was around 50ish person applied.as for the voucher,only applicable at certain adidas outlet and you have to spend rm300 to use rm50 voucher.so if u wanna use rm150,thats total rm900

Yup,which is kinda sucky way to use all thos voucher.i did not asked the minimum to bank in since i was set to put in rm200.no other charges was charged as all those rm200 is in my account,no extra charges for the card,application etc.and yes,it is an atm card PLUS a debit mastercard.
