Dude, if you really want to go you don't need to organise a 'rombongan'. Just plan your own trip and go with a friend. You'll need to go for at least 2 days if you want the stadium tour.

Don't know the airfare price coz when I last went, it was "sponsored" smile.gif

Oh nooooo Lucas Leivaaaaaa!
But i am sure it is definitely rumours lar..
If Lucas go off..
Whose going to be the "more to defensive" player?
Dont think either Gerrard will do so.. He is so much more dangerous up front there..
Adam is sort of like playmaker.. so do aquilanni..
Meireles is jus a dynamic CM..not a defensive type..
Henderson an attacking ones..
Jay Spearing? That would be insane to think of it..

i think Gerrard will return as the holding midfielder. he's not quite the younger version of gerrard like those days. from there i believe he will get Spearing to learn his way thus making spearing the next DM for Liverpool.

i believe we have lot of ammunition up front with the like of Adam, Henderson, Meireles, Aqua, Shelvey.. i assume KD is up for something here.. good for Lucas to stay, will not be disappointed tho if he's leaving.

just my opinion i guess

Stadium tour is on everyday...if lucky can meet players...but they train on melwood only comes to anfield for showdown....but now with bootroom maybe can meet players. Stadium tour is awesome...nice tour leaders and really funny guys...they do poke scums abit when do commentary.

I realise shopping in liverpool not bad...price sliightly cheaper then london. Oh dont forget to drop by Beatles museum too...!!

Interesting interview with Darren Burgess, head of fitness and conditioning for Liverpool FC. So many inside information. Now I know why they wear those sports bra during training. Also Suarez will not be back until 8 days before the first match.

For cheapest way to get to Liverpool, use Airasia to London then get a train to Liverpool. Total journey should be less than 16 hours.

Bueno lined up for Reds move

Mexico Under-17 striker Marco Bueno is set to arrive at Liverpool next month with a view to signing what may well be a five-year contract.

His current club Pachuca held a meeting with the player and his parents yesterday to agree arrangements, with the youngster reportedly due on Merseyside sometime between August 10 and 12 to begin training with the reserves.

"A pre-contract with the parents and Bueno was signed to be sent to Liverpool," vice-president Andres Fassi told El Universal.

"So we are accepting the 10-day trial and the conditions, if the English decide to keep him."

I wouldn't buy too much into this story for 2 reasons.

1) The first source is unreliable at best. I don't read the second for good reason.
2) Lucas never said anything to the press. It's merely a claim or assumption based on the fact we've so many options in midfield now.

dont want to fussy but putting a link to thesun website in a LFC thread? come one dude..

btw, lucas will stay unless kenny tell him that he's not in his plan. those rumors appear after we crowded our team with midfield. i just wish some club come knocking of kenny's office and say "we want poulsen and joe cole in our team and salary is no issues.." that would be great.

I usually use the virgin train service from London Euston to liverpool lime street station - normally takes about 2 hours, quite a few trains running during the day - book early though because the return trip is normally very full on match day (unless you take a very late train). And it's a pain waiting for a late train after such an exciting day, you'll be tired tongue.gif I have to do this if need to get back to school on the same weekend.
Alternatively you could stay in a hotel in liverpool and take the train the next day.
On a student railcard, I normally pay about 30 pounds for the return trip, the earlier you book the better smile.gif [make sure you book a minimum of 2 weeks before because after that the prices shoot up]
