Ok i have flash CM 7 on my sgs2, very basic stock vanilla and i like it so i can customize it what i want, but first you MUST go to Rom Managers and flash recovery, after that go to download rom section at your Rom Manager and download Googles APPS because there is no google apps include in CM 7.

not going for CM7 for a very long time i guess. been using it all the time on Desire. having fun with TW 4 now.
btw, VillainROM is the only custom rom that are closest to stock right? no customizations? i cant help but to get itchy with custom rom as i've been an addict before. always been on the cm7 nightlies before this.
need to organize all of my apps, undesrtand fully bout the kernel and stuffs, then i'll go for VR.

new firmware again? and CM7 already released? but i lost my SGS2 dy.  missing my sgs2.... back to the LAME+BORING (<<i really mean it) iphone 4 (but at least its white, looks better) due the the order of the "Queen".  (erhh should i break the order, and take back an SGS2)..... [full of envy to u guys].. cheers and good day. |

sigh...tempting to go CM7..but the thing is, i know the stable version will come out soon or later..just considering to go now..or wait..>.<

I am pure AOSP while on Desire. now suddenly wanna be on stock. i think TW4 really improves a lot, compared to my aunt's Ace. its a lot more user friendly, and i use most of the stock apps too. got many things in AOSP makes me use 3rd party, which kinda waste space, and slow app cuz they are not in the memory. have you get the taste of Sense 3.0? Sense is definitely the best in UI, and 3.0 is awesome. TW4 lacked something, but i like it better cuz of the smoothness. going for KG2 in a while now that i completely not confused anymore. |
