but eh, sometime it suddenly goes to sleep. open also cannot. have to take off the battery. did i done somethng wrong?
*
It is because if you set 200mhz with low volt, high chance to sleep death. Well it depends as i undervolt both bars. If you using new kernel can UV one bar only. So new one I stable at 825myz but i pushing for 800 mV.

What I suggest is drop 25 every day. Until it doesn't start up and the previous one is the stable one. Will take time lo.

For me I received an SMS from Samsung stating that the warranty period is until year 2013 after purchase. Bought the phone from 1U SEP.

After reading yours, I did a quick check. Using OnDemand 1.2g I am about 3366. 1.2g using performance is 4000+. Not bad I would say. Kinda cool! Haha

Hi, after i downloaded the .apk file into my PC harddisk, how do I use it?
When I double click on it, it ask what software do i want to open it with

help pls.
*
You just need copy the apk file into your phone , say ext SD card - tap the apk file and the app will self install. You cannot install the apk file on PC and transfer over. Please do read up some basics of android as apparently you are really unfamiliar how android works. Checkup the sticky threads in the main Android forum for the basic guidelines

I have mentioned countless times that if you start to root and flash, don't even think about warranty. By installing CWN, you have already change your kernel. Even though you can restore back your original rom - your kernel is still based on CF Root

I am not trying to discourage users from root/flash - I find this phobia of warranty persists. If you want to root/flash - you mest be mentally prepared that warranty is void. If you cannot accept this, than don't root and flash.

My experience ( 5 times ) in dealing with Samsung Service center and 2 times with HTC and one time with Apple - all my submits to claim were based on rooted/flash/jailbreak and in ALL occasions I never faced any problem claiming repairs/replacement/services - all are FOC. But mentally I am prepare to pay for any costs incurred. If I can get all these claims done FOC - it is a bonus
Most recent is just last week - I help to send in my friend Galaxy Tab to KL Service Centre - his Tab was rooted and after flashing a cook rom and a trial kernel resulting in a lot of problems - battery drain, hard to switch on etc ; the center still process it and reflash a new rom free. When I send it in, I told the staff honestly what he has done , all his trial kernel and rom flashing. Infact I tell the same story too of rooting and flashing when I sent in to Spore Center 3 times for my ex Galaxy S and all 3 ocassions done free and my set is bought AP in LowYat KL !

4444 not a good number laugh.gif
i'm not sure about the settings, but i read in nephatine's kernal thread first post says that using quadrant, the cpu will go up in steps, meaning ur processor wont start at 1.5ghz but slowly goes up, which means 'on demand' while setting on performance will maintain it at a higher clock rate from the very beginning, maybe 1.5ghz i believe, someone correct me if i'm wrong~

Consider it this way.

Performance makan more battery but give you better performance.

Can consider that once you set as performance, it will give you more better performance.

Mine at 1.6g as below. First is performance and followed by on demand.

Hi guys, wondering what stress testing software do you use to test your phone's stability?..

I'm on Litening ROM 4.2 with tegrak lulz kernel and overclock ultimate.. Here are my latest stable testing.. They are scale stress tested using setcpu and quadrant(5rounds)..  Running for 2 days 21hours no hang/restart..

200MHz  - 800mV
500MHz  - 850mV
800MHz  - 975mV
1000MHz - 1075mV
1200MHz - 1150mV
1352MHz - 1225mV
1500MHz - 1300mV

GPU
160MHz - 750mV
267Mhz - 750mV
*
nice your cpu can go to 800mV. Golden CPU, golden~~
