QUOTE(NewGUY @ Jul 22 2011, 10:47 PM) the RB 1 is the slight bigger got aluminium color design, the rubber softer.... clutch spring, yes i 1 increas pickup... i read on net, and ask pomen all say main jet too big cos misfire and now no top maybe clutch plate prob also.... Added on July 22, 2011, 10:49 pmok meet there, at 9.30 la, u ask them c la.... If the bike like LC was set to the optimum will miss fire abit as long as when u pull the throttle time the bike no seput and no missfire or pull back than the setting should be ok. If they set too rich u will feel it when u pull the throttle deep. U can feel the bikes is pulling back or seput that mean too much fuel in the head and it cannot efficiently burn it. So the cam u choose and also the timing is important must make sure is set to open the valve long enough to release all the air before the valves is open again and feed the chamber again with hydrocarbon that need to be release. In your case u using high cam so i supposed it open quite long. But if your engine don't have so much carbon to release and the valve open too long there will be problem also. Problem causing the missfire in short: 1.cam 2.carbs setting ( mainjet / pilotjet ) 3.tapette timing Just my 2 cents if wrong please correct me. for @shyan » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Here you'll find replacement parts for Road and Scooter systems. Road mufflers should be repacked every 7-10k miles. Your mufflers may need to be repacked sooner if used extensively on the race track at high RPMs. If you notice your exhaust tone changes drastically, chances are its time to repack your muffler. If the muffler sleeve begins to show any discoloration, then you should repack your muffler immediately. Preventative maintenance will go a long way in retaining the performance and longevity of your Yoshimura exhaust.
