stock engine use stock radiator cover make sure no leak is best. worry too high psi the coolant water seal cannot tahan engine banjir coolant then u blame me haha... if wanna try 1.1 also ok but check coolant level closely after run before can fully relax, if coolant dry up easy change coolant, use Waxco best not the cheap cheap import brand not suitable for our climate.

the higher the psi the higher the boiling point of coolant before valve open to reduce pressure so better not change it since it also affect running temperature, FC and spark plug matching etc.

wait a minute, are there two different radiator cap and water valve cap? i thought there is only one. water coolant is forever running one driven by engine water pump, the radiator cap only control the radiator release pressure to make sure engine run at optimum temperature and not overheat.

@Aaron: Your temp sensor is hanging in air, not accurate boh.
And there is a pipe hanging open one?

@TryX: You're right. That thing is a thermostat. Correct ah? This one better don't mess with it at all... Later the coolant keep flowing, end up engine run cold, and then makan minyak, or worse, water sudah masak and it still closed...

@thianz: see my editted post up there, follow the service manual see if it open when the water is almost warm or not. you need a thermometer... if that thing rosak, no wonder engine cepat panas loh... but if it is normal, then you may wanna invest in a bigger radiator liao. biggrin.gif

@thianz: Yup, then ok lah, no need worry. Coolant won't disappear one. Run it like a normal 4stroke engine with constant coolant flow.

brothers, pleae spend 150 on an O-ring chain and it will be problem free for as long as 10k to 30k km... normal roller chin can tahan 5k to 8k under very good maintenance, but your rim will be damn oily kena spray chainlube or chain oil. any chain lube pun useless after that mileage or at most tahan 5 days before chain loose again. this forum me and tryX use o-ring liao. if really wanna lube normal chain properly use melted grease drop into chain after thorough clean with kerosene let it cool down and wipe of extra...

what carb is that? if big carb some more oversize per my recommndation, u pulas big and mati, is normal. if stock carb, it means engine need warm up a bit. If engine already warmed up, and it dies immediately, not enough oil, if u pulas pulas then after a while die, too much oil.

I overtook the LC-5, and didn't realize that he was tailing me after that for a while, then he overtook me... on GPS, I think he's riding more than 130kph. Since I know only Spayz's bike can overtake me, so either that new bike is modded on the inside, or it is that good secara asli. It was still using stock exhaust.

Sunday where open ah? If wanna buy better go Tokico now...
