It mean synthetic oil is expensive but even though it can last longer doesn't mean the dirty thing wont trap inside the EO, like those small dirt and carbon build up. The longer the dirt trap inside. The more longer it gonna create friction in the block so in conclusion mineral oil cannot last longer so u have to change it more frequently to drain out the hydrocarbon and the dirty thing that our carbs suck in. So are synthetic oil u still have to drain it out and pour in new eo in order to keep ur engine clean and run longer because if u use too long u still will wear out the engine in long terms no matter how expensive the EO is or how good the lubricant base is. Hope u get it now tongue.gif

Pros of mineral oil is cheaper so can afford to change it frequently!! but if u use full synthetic oil is damn expensive to change it frequently but of course u get better protections. So no matter how good your EO is it still have a life span.. Because our engine is just 800ml capacity nia.. Very fast get dirty.

ya ..
ori or apple de gasket is the best
*
no matter what gasket they use, the ppl that pasang the gasket is very important. if they cincai cincai put without clean up the old gasket craefully sure will leaking also. and also the way they apply those gasket glue. Must apply carefully. make sure it dont block any of your holes in the engines. otherwise this could be harmful to the engine.

1so when ur bikes in workshop time must everyday go check. rajin sikit tongue.gif Must kam cheng with them abit, than from there u can interact with foreman what kinda modifications and setting u want. than if a good foreman they will try adjust as u want it to be. if u good with the foreman he might show u something interesting tongue.gif basically foreman dont have much knowledge about those technical parts they just do work base on they experience and knowledge we need to do homework on what part to use in the engine. not base on what they intro us. because they doing business so we all must understand also they intro us the products base on profits and targets. so we must pandai pandai do homeworks la.

dont adjust too low can liao. and must change to new more thick oil to support you and the bike. when change the oil time ask them take out the spring and wash it with petrol, after that wash the whole fork with petrol as well. and than pump all the oil out. because when i change time i ask the mechanic do that if not the oil still stick inside and u wont know if got any part inside the fork that is wear out or not.

clutch spring, yes i 1 increas pickup...

i read on net, and ask pomen all say main jet too big cos misfire and now no top maybe clutch plate prob also....

ok meet there, at 9.30 la, u ask them c la....

If the bike like LC was set to the optimum will miss fire abit as long as when u pull the throttle time the bike no seput and no missfire or pull back than the setting should be ok. If they set too rich u will feel it when u pull the throttle deep. U can feel the bikes is pulling back or seput that mean too much fuel in the head and it cannot efficiently burn it. So the cam u choose and also the timing is important must make sure is set to open the valve long enough to release all the air before the valves is open again and feed the chamber again with hydrocarbon that need to be release. In your case u using high cam so i supposed it open quite long. But if your engine don't have so much carbon to release and the valve open too long there will be problem also.

Problem causing the missfire in short:
1.cam
2.carbs setting ( mainjet / pilotjet )
3.tapette timing

Just my 2 cents if wrong please correct me.

i went to a shop and saw them selling orange ori cdi.. Rm 180.. no cut.. anyone know its limit rpm?? haha..
*
All CDI have varies RPM cut usually racing CDI have cut from 15k to 20k. But must see what ur engine spec because not all engine can reach that kind of rpm because the engine itself have its owned cut or limit too. Must fix the CDI and check with the RPM meter than only will know what ur engine max RPM.
