hmm if my parquet is being attacked and then follow by the new wood flooring, doesn't their warranty still applies to their wood since they claim termite wont eat their wood ??

A. Remain parquet = Cost 0 = Risk of termite attack and tak cantik
B. Change to Tile = Cost 6-7k include labouring and tiles = Cantik sekali
C. Change to floor depo deluxe wood = Cost 3 - 4k include labouring and wood = ok ok la but termite eat the parquet underneath how ?
Based on what i see from my parents house, their upstairs flooring is parquet and we've lived in the house for more than 20 years. Till now there has been no issue with termites. yalo never thing of tat how le ?

My parents regularly get pest control companies to come over and place medicine around the house. Parquet still looks good but a lil worn from use.
