There are a few ppl staying there now.

As for defects, I can share some of mine with you.

- Hollow tiles for living & bathroom area
- Misaligned timber strips for all bedrooms (if your unit has this)
- Wavy ceiling

Are you owner there as well? Maybe you can come along when its time for me to take my unit! biggrin.gif icon_question.gif

*
The 1365sf.. Rest mostly sold out, left like a few units so no choice.. Missed out on the 1600sf one and SO didn't want a subsale..

Anyway, am glad I see buyers are mostly families and own stay rather then renters..

How much you bought?
*
4k above 1mil. 2 carparks, wood flooring for the bedrooms, 4 air conds, marble flooring, i think got wardrobe and kitchen done up as well. 9% rebate (so u pay 1% upfront) and some other extra goodies upon VP.

I attached the price list, but apologies for the poor quality..

Those without price are sold?

That was what we were told. There were about 3 other couples that came in as well to book / check the place out when we were there so I guess the roadshows is paying off? tongue.gif

Nais, post some before & after pics. thumbup.gif

Here's my stock unit. Waiting for the final quote to make comparison.

The master toilet has an extremely stupid & impractical design.
*
Looks good rclxms.gif

Are you planning to do anything with the bathroom? I really don't like the placement of the shower. If someone swing open the door, might hit you in the face. Or worst, being so close to a constant source of water means the wood will deteriorate fast. Don't know which smart pants go design to such a manner vmad.gif shakehead.gif

Anyone has any recommendation on a/c brands for cassette type?

Decided to install a cassette in the living cum dining area instead of wall mounted to have a cleaner look.

Got the inspiration from my BFF's unit.
*
Bro, thought they already give you free air cond units?

Does all units include kitchen cabinet?
*
Think some of the earlier units did not come with it. I think the remaining developer units (which should be Block F) does come with free kitchen cabinet (they sent me the sample look, looks quite nice la..) but subsale units might have if the owner decided to renovate it.

Anyone got a detailed floorplan for the 1365sqft unit ah? icon_question.gif

Nothing much can be done about the S&P, it's always not in the favour of buyers.

I always get the feeling we are selling our souls to the devils. biggrin.gif
If they are, would that affect your decision to buy it or not buy it?

My experience was that is took them 4 months to rectify defects & in that time, I lose out on my maintenance fees & also on my insurance.
Out of curiosity bro, how much does the ID cost?

I believe the some units also came with A/C units if am not mistaken.

Also, the later units also has a plus point. They include the copper piping for the a/c whereas the earlier batches like mine (Block B) are forced to hack the walls to install them. doh.gif
*
Haven't checked out the ID yet. Most of them wants a floorplan or site visit which of course can't do for now.

My unit comes with 4 airconds rclxub.gif , kitchen and wardrobe..

Who is the designer?

QUOTE(doraemonkiller @ May 8 2014, 09:44 AM)
Does it state in the contract for free cabinet? Coz I not sure block G got free cabinet anot.
*
Not in the contract, but they supplemented a letter that stated the freebies we were getting. No mention of the free cabinets though in the printed copy as it was an old version (only the free aircond and rebates were stated), SA had to write down the extra things they were giving us (free wardrobe for all the rooms, free kitchen cabinet) and chop on it.

I'm not sure how the goodies are given, as one of the agents when we were looking around earlier actually mentioned he had a unit in Block F as well, but no free cabinets or wardrobe given so I think it is based on what was offered at time of purchase. Might want to check with developer on this.

Yours is non DIBS right? Do you get extra 3.5% discount for non DIBS?
*
Yeap. Another letter that allowed you to opt out of DIBS and get the 3%, I think it was from earlier when some rich folks could opt for that but since gomen already banned it, they just gave it to us outright.

Forgot to add, they also giving us a water heater for the master bathroom as freebie as well. smile.gif

It was designed by Sky Creation. Told them the idea I had planned in mind and they fleshed it out.

Renovation finally kicked off. The wiring for the alarm was installed.
*
Thanks. The exposed brick looks brilliant and there is a modern retro feel to it. You plan to use real brick or just wallpaper?
