Though many bought with idea of investment, so there are people moving in still.. Foreigners? Not too many pak hitam so far but owners slowly is pushing for a ban on them. I love the environment here, it's quiet and peaceful, the price and rent one has to pay means quality of tenants are generally better but the units quality are inconsistent. |
