Actually , don't think know it is management fault. It is the developer obligation to ensure telephone service is provided or available. Of course TM is always the main provider in town. Others might not be available due to economic of scale or for other reason. Sometimes, maxi might be offering service via TM line. In that case you would have 2 providers

My house can't even apply unifi or streamyx or even a single phone line.

The management said they'll need 1 month to fix the defects. Has been close to 2 months, and have started paying for 3 months now and the place is still not liveable. No words from management, none whatsoever.

Their after sales is just damn terrible and really frustrating. Be warned.

Guys, I'm an owner of the block b parkhomes. So many problems! I'm regretting buying this. The management is terrible and we are paying so much for maintenance! Other low density condos doesn't charge as much and many times better! Heard there's a group for owner?

Bertindak atas maklumat dadah pada 2300hrs saya bersama anggota dari BSJND Subang jaya telah ke alamat A-2-1 Subang Parkhomes Psn Kemajuan 47500 Subang Jaya.Sampai alamat telah ketuk pintu dan dibuka (1) perempuan melayu .Saya kemudian terus jalankan pemeriksaan rumah dah telah tahan (1) perempuan di bilik pertama (penama 2).Kemudian pemeriksaan lanjut bilik telah menjumpai (1) peket berisi ceraian daun kering disyki ganja dan 1/2 biji pil eramin 5.Pemeriksaan lanjut bilik.kedua tahan (1) perempuan melayu(penama 3) sedang tidur dan pemeriksaan lanjut bilik tersebut tlh menjumpai (1) beg pochbag men Biore dalam mengandungi (3) peket plastik lutsinar berisi ceraian daun kering disyaki ganja (AB:15.74gram)dan (2) bilah pisau di bahagian atas almari baju.Pemeriksaan bilik ketiga tlh menjumpai (1) beg kertas bertulis "pedro" mengandungi (2) peket plastik lutsinar tiap-tiap satu mengandungi (1) ketulan mampat berisi bahan disyaki ganja (AB:609.66gram) didalam almari baju.
