got new bloks? how big is this place?

The new blocks are block F and Block G but I think only a few limited units left. Size from 1300 sqft onwards if I'm not mistaken.

Developer units are about 600psft, after discount I think.

I heard the mthly maintenance at Parkhomes can reach RM600++ per mth???!!!!

As you mention rightly, no much green in the area.

Maintenance cost is around 0.35 psf.
Getting my keys soon.
