My assessment rate (Senarai Nilaian) is RM840 and I've also received a property tax (Cukai Taksiran) notice which is RM420.

Anyone received the tax notice as well?
Also an update on my unit.

Went to see the management office last week. Another excuse & delay from the contractor.

Was initially promised end of Dec 2013, pushed to 1st week of 2014 and now finally it's on the 22nd of this month.

Am contemplating whether to take legal action as it will involve cost and very time consuming.
