Agree. For LAD matter, Titijaya mentioned to me that they are processing the claim and should normally take less than 30 days from the date you write in the request. I did mine already. Wonder how they calculate the damage since it's DIBS ...

I took my unit on 17 Aug, but till today after 14 working days, my unit have not been ready. I was told 12 Sept, mean19 working days. Therefore, I need to make noise to them. I tried to talk to the leader of the "Defect touch up" session, but PA mgmt did not allow me to do this. They mentioned I need to go through them. Due to lack of confidence with their promise I went there personally to bring the attention of the staff there. Finally I managed to see the so called leader (young lady) to remind her that she should arrange for the repair ASAP as my unit has big defect which is water leaking. I even told them not need to focus on the kitchen as I will do the renovation.

It is not a really pleasant experience.

By the way the grill design is very normal with horizontal design frame work and the paint has to be in grey color. How about other high cost condominium? Anybody has any idea?
