hmm. i will not called it rebranded 100%. coz when the different company receive the same basis product, the output will be slightly different depend on the company.

as for the x5 vs mi410. yes, mi410 spec is higher than x5. but i dont know somehow i feel like x5 is better than mi410. why i fell that? coz when i tried in shop, i found,

- x5 screen is much better then mi410. dont know maybe my eye got prob. but i see x5 more vibrant than mi410. both were set to highest brightness.
- x5 is smoother in stock rom. stable and fast. while mi410 kinda laggy on stock rom, eventhou it have 1ghz proc.
- mi410 build was solid. slim. just the bronze color kinda suck. prefer black on the x6. but hey, its personal preference.
- mi410 sreen larger, coz it masively 4.1 inch.

the conclusion, both have their own pros and cons. hands down. feel. thinking. and buying. gud luck hunting man.

From the official Mi410 thread, it seems like the phone has a lot of problems.  Laggy stock UI, dead pixels, etc.  The general feeling:  hey it's cheap, buy one and maybe you'll get lucky

before i buy my x5, i also considering the mi410...
but the mi410 has a serious problem,,the lcd screen when u use too long n become warm,,,it will auto click on the screen,,
means that the screen seem to have problem when the phone is warm,,
