haha...then maybe it's all just badluck.... lolx..

if im nt wrng.. u using photoshop... illustrator.. maya too??? lolx.. these stuff benefit frm i7 quad cores... render will be faster...

n53sv... er..... gt some bad news if ur going for the i7 version...

it's EOLed.. end of line.... end of production... next month they will usher in new model. n53sf...

n53sv if u still want thr might be leftover stocks at shops.. lolx...(dun think old lappy is bad lappy... it's specs still ok ah), but the n53sf has a stronger graphic card... waaay stronger.... bout 30% stronger i reckon...

the downside is... it's not as sexy as the n53sv....

ur choice. ^^

edit:

add one more thing... bout the n53sf... official news takda... so dun take my word 100%.. just rumours... we all waiting for official news.. lolx

Lenovo Y470, i7-2630QM + Nvidia GT550M@RM2999[JBL]
HP Pavilion Dv4, i5-2410M + AMD HD6750@RM2899

Its not very good if you have gaming in mind because of the integrated battery sad.gif
It has throttling issues as well, though I think there's ways of getting over that hehe~

haha u want highest gpu mah.. haha

4830tg is overall a very gud lappy.. just some minus points in.

integrated battery.. if game alot.. heat will wear down the battery faster... since u got no option to take it out when u game...(but if u normally aso wun take out. then it's no prob. haha)

generally... as fellow forumer that giv opinion..

i will say that brand does nt = to quality lappy.... all hav problems one...
general consensus is all brands had improved... especially acer... last time rili sucks.. now they do make decent lappy like the 4830tg..

in order of importance
1)specs
2)aftersales
3)design
n lastly..
4)do i like that brand...

but if personally....

i ha a preference for acer n asus.... cz i using an acer now... din kacau me much in this 2 years. laugh.gif
