I'm planning on getting a new lappy.

Here's my requirement.
1. Processors-i'm cool with intel i5/i7-warned by friend to not get a AMD processor(ventilation problem)
2. Looks good ,thats it(most of the laptop on market do right? )
3. A resolution better than 1366x768
4. Warranty~I don't really emphasize on this part but as long the lappy is problem/glitches -free ,I'm happy
5. Budget~Rm3K
6.~BRANDS~Whichever which fits the bill(lenovo or asus is my preference--heard this 2 brands are meant for hard duty/long lasting usage/problem free.)
I'm a college student.Most of the usage will fall for typical stuff(movies,downloading,game)not a hardcore gamer,games that i play(FIFA,C.O.D,). i download,watch movie A-LOT.thats it.
7.USB 3.0,HDMI features would also be welcomed with huge smile

opss.. i read  this http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1967236/+60?hl=lenovo%20z470 is the design for heatsink fan A43Sj is same with A43Sv? just curious

14" Toshiba Satellite L745-1050X, i3-2310 + Nvidia GT525M@RM1999[2.14kg], 2nd & 3rd year warranty

More towards play:
14" Asus A43TA, AMD A6-3400M + AMD HD6550@RM1899
15" Aspire 5560G, AMD A6-3400 + AMD HD6650@RM1899[2.6kg]

If can raise budget to around RM2.2k, then:
Acer Aspire 4755G, i5-2410M + Nvidia GT540M(2GB)@RM2199 , 3 years warranty
Asus A43Sv, i5-2410M + Nvidia GT540M(1GB)@RM2349[2.44kg]
Dell Inspiron 14R (N4110), i5-2410M + AMD HD6630@RM2299, *Big Giant Plaid!Lid

Even if the processor support 16GB, your mobo only have 2 slot for RAM..

where to find out more bout them?

it's new.. choices not that abundant.. and the so called ''OLD'' processors.. they are fully capable..
