1000sqft can reach 70%-80% more from the purchase value?

Definitely can, I'm a rookie in this segment and I know you can't get a unit (condo) below 450K in klang valley for 1000+ sqft (as what bro kochin said)

and even if you can get one, it will be around 600 - 900sqft (900sqft if you are really lucky).

I believe Amara can reach 500k upon completion. It can go more if we have some good retail outlet at Amara Boulevard. For e.g. Mydin contributed in PV 12 price appreciation (source - My friend have a unit there)

So my advice to you is to wait, let it go up some more and sell, only few months to go. smile.gif

Called Jaya Megah today, to check on the expected completion date. The girl said 'nanti kita bagitau'. Then she said 'Dalam tahun ini jugak'.

btw, any idea who will be in charge of the management office? Need to check few things with them.

definitely above 450K for 1000+sqft. Anything below that is just a gimmick. Raintree price is between RM 390K to 420K (leasehold, Not near to KTM, no shop-lots, very basic facilities).

As far as I know, Symphony Heights is going around RM 420k - RM 465k (1000+sqft - mostly bumi lot). Any particular reason to compare Amara with Symphony Heights?

i) you should know what you are getting into before buying a unit here
ii) you shouldn't complaint much after buying a unit here unless you plan to stay.. but then again please refer to point i)
iii) or you must be an agent trying to highlight bad things about this project so people will sell below the market price.

Btw, still a good buy for the price we pay. Try getting 1000 sqft below 350k in KL/selangor area.

Then you have no choice to accept the fact as it's going for almost 500k now.

Your tickling issue may end up as a long term health concern.. lol.

P/s: I don't see a point for you to tarnish the condo's reputation (eventhough Amara is not so great la, let's accept the fact) unless you are a property agent, convincing the owners to sell below market price or you want to buy one but cannot afford now. Lol.. merely an assumption lor.. have a nice day.

Btw, raintree also resemble low cost apartment from inside and it's going around 450k now. I wont be surprised if Amara can fetch more since the offered facilities are way better than raintree. 5 mins walking distance to KTM is a huge advantage though.

Ok.. I have few property agents calling me and hunting for my unit. This is annoying. Who is the one revealed my number to them? Kim Realty or Jaya Megah? Any idea guys? I want to report under PDPA 2010.
