I think there are 2 types of late interest:

1) late payment from bank to devloper : bank or purchaser needs to pay to devloper within 3 weeks from date of billing. If late then devloper will charge d late payment interest to purchaser. Tis one sure purchaser to pay.

2) late payment of bank interest : tis one is either pay by devloper or purchaser to bank. As long as someone pay then bank ok already.

for no 2. im taking DIBS, so developer should pay for me as agreed in contract.... but now developer already late and bank charge on me. how do i inform about this to jaya megah ?

for no 2. I am same case with you. when you call the developer Anis, she said developer will bear. how we know that ? verbally only !!!! we should keep calling to Anis to make her clarify the matter.

Received call from yew ming said I can collect my iPad 2. Will go collect at their office on Monday. Finally after long wait!!!

I received the letter to choose new iPad or iPad 2 last Fri. Reply fax to them on Monday, received call on Thur. Arrange collect on this coming Monday. That all only regarding the iPad. Before the letter, nothing.

Hope you all gonna get your iPad 2 soon. For those who choose new iPad have to wait little longer.

Added on April 8, 2012, 11:15 ammaybe when u go collect your ipad2 this Monday can ask them when exactly is the "expected" date for those who choose new ipad... if they said after 2013, i tink i opt for ipad 2 la. im willing to wait until 2013.

Ask them if new iPad when will get it, he said not sure yet as it is not available in M'sia yet MAYBE Aug.

Did notice my iPad 2 is iOS 5.0.1, not the latest iOS5.1, so it could mean that they might have bought my iPad 2 before the launch of new iPad or Apple still ships iPad 2 with the old iOS 5.0.1. Not sure.
