i took DIBS -Ambank , did anyone know the jaya megah pay to the bank already ? Ambank told me developer havent pay for the interest. but the due date is 1st April. Who bear the late payment charged?

for those DIBS buyer, i noticed that Jaya megah always do late payment. I am taking AMbank. The due date suppose is 1 May. until now the developer didn't make any payment yet. Anyone come across this?

Anyone receive letter from bank stated need to pay for the latest fire insurance ? I received final reminder for this letter. I called developer Ms.Theressa last month regarding this matter, she asked me to ignore the matter, but how can i ignore this matter, if i / developer did not pay it, there is a penalty fee right ? I need advice ...
