finally I'm running Hackintosh OS X 10.9.1 Mavericks smoothly, everything's working, enjoying every single moment right now 



how do you guys control your "macs"? Using magic trackpad or mouse? Which of the two is more comfortable?

I admit I kind of poisoned on buying a magic trackpad

I just bought Logitech MK270 wireless keyboard + mouse. Working flawlessly like a bawse 

Tried the magic trackpad also. Ok la, but i wish it was a bit cheaper. RM229 is a bit steep 

If only logitech T651 is available (i found the T650 one, for windows)

trust me go for haswell it worth it than using 6+ years old hardware.

i already installed 10.9 to my intel pc.. working good so far.. updated to 10.9.2.. but imsg giving problem

did u register ur credit card on iTunes...? they said need declare credit card on iTunes for iMessage to work...

anyway just finish install Mavericks on my HP Probooks...work out of box....hahahaha
just swap my wifi card with atheros only......  

Hi guys, just a short question.

We know by General convention that most hackintosh builds are Intel and nVidia based. However, my friend is interested in making an AMD based build, and if possible, a m-ATX APU based SFF one.

Will there be any issues that will arise from doing so? What is needed to be done to ensure it works properly?

This is the spec I suggested him.

Mobo - MSI A88XM GAMING FM2+ / FM2 
RAM - 8GB Kingston1866C9D3K2
PSU - Seasonic S12-II 620W
SSD: Crucial M4 128GB - Reuse
HDD: Samsung F3 Spinpoint - Reuse
Case: Silverstone TJ08E - Reuse

Sorry for the questions. We are both pretty new to the concept of a AMD hackintosh, so please bear with me. Let me know if there is a better mobo suggestion or any extra drivers To be downloaded or tweeks needed to be done

I've no idea, never need to use iCloud and I've no idea if it works on my hackintosh

I did a fresh install, I've never install newer OS over the old on major releases.

So you did a freshie huh!  Which means your hardware which u used for Mavericks worked fine for Yosemite too... Have you already installed all the wares u used in Mavericks. I am just afraid that some of my wares will not be compatible with Yose.....

I'm in the same boat as well, as my hardware is ancient ware !
