hi khairtech..
mind to share time consumed if you take the bus from TM building to LRT Gombak?
go and back super jam?
thanks... i tried to google map it with direction by bus..
1 hour for 6km in the morning.. kinda surprise with the "estimation" traffic!

but location wise is ideal for bf and me..
im working in KL, he working in PJ.....
and within budget....
hmmmm...
our first house and for own stay, many things to be considered huh....

I have yet to observe the area.
Way back to setapak from ss2 Via MRR2, i think the building with few light shows still low occupancy is urban...
and seems forever jam to enter sri gombak from MRR2
Any other alternative Way?

I wish google bluffing me on 1 hour bus to LRT Gombak xD

There is a back road. After the main entrance to Sri Gombak, there is another road on your left after u pass the Duke highway entrance. Also abit jam there, but slightly better gua. smile.gif

I see... thanks for the info...
comparative with jalan pahang towards jalan genting klang?
Hahaha...

I'm now staying setapak, usually rapidkl bus to KL takes 1 to 1.30 hour ("normal" jam condition)
If condition almost the same I'm ok with it haha

If u really keen then better take 1 day off n experience it yourself.
Think of it like taking a test drive when buying a car. Lol

Guys, I am rushing to book one unit today. Yesterday left 12unit, all coming buy house macam buy sayur dekat market. Erm left unit facing the main road which is facing bukit bakau and batu caves.

Buying for for staying 2-3 years, then move out and making it as investment.

At this moment price @ RM355k, discount BUMI at 15%. for 500+sqf studio unit only.

last time with same price I could get the normal larger size...
i think this project has already been completed last year....makes one wonder.....

in terms of commercial, that area, nice food/restaurants + banks...
to KL via jalan kuching(outside peak hour) is a breeze.......just not sure the rental ..
morning drive to nearest lrt gombak..hurmmm..i'll take a bike instead sweat.gif

but to the owners here, just wanna say, nice design of the clubhouse....not so sure bout the execution/maintenance...but last time i saw the design was good......
