I believe the v in the 10.1v stands for Verizon, so this model is exclusive for Verizon only. Other non contract models is just 10.1. In the states they actually have 2 colors option for the 10.1 tab, white and gun metal(greyish).

Added on July 15, 2011, 9:52 pmBattery life is surprisingly very good for a tablet this slim, from a full charge since 7am, with moderate to heavy use, WiFi on most of the time , web surfing for approximately 4 hours, offline reading, push mail on, by 7pm left about 60%.

Anyone find that at minimum brightness setting, the display is still too bright in a dark room?

I've been using Dolphin HD to book my tickets and no problems so far.
