Ohh, silly me lol.

And btw, i've heard people in forum kept saying if you're using DX body, get 35mm and it will crop to 50mm, but 35mm is a DX lens isn't it? =\ how it will crop?
*
DX bodies have 1.5x crop factor.

You are getting 35mm x 1.5 = 52.5mm effective focal length (35 mm equivalent focal length) as a result.
When you are getting 50mm on a full frame slr, you get 50mm. Crop factor is 1x.

Crop factor is the multiplier in relation to 35mm's.

Aiyah... Good post but must you use a Canon example in a Nikon thread?  tongue.gif

Nikon has a lens simulator and you can try any type of lens on DX or FX body and it'll give real time image rendition. You have 3 images that you can choose as your test example.

Does not matter right as long as they are all based on the same principles. It's all cameras! rclxms.gif

Very good link you got there! Thanks also! smile.gif
