is a good marketing weapon but mainly work on reputable developers who well anticipated the market expectation
In Da Men's case, they only release the selling price to the invited guest hours before the balloting ... many went on the launch day and got turn off by the selling price.... end up having less crowd for the balloting process .. in this case it backfired

actually 1-2 days before... the developer SA already give some hint on the selling psf...damn expensive...
i knew it and that why i dint go for it...not cup of my tea.... no choice la...small potato here...

I think many ppl still went hoping for miracle early bird discount if get balloted>15% .... end up only 10%

Since this sofo completed only in 2015 begining, Setia Alam should be in full development by then.

I would estimate that the price would be double the selling price (i.e. 500K upwards) taking into consideration inflation and the development by 2015 in setia alam.
