--->actually i type incorrect postcode, so i guess if the area are within kl (desa pandan or kl city center) the packages will be arrived whatsoever...if there any alternative way that i can check the package, for example checking with pos malaysia?pls advice....it seem like UD are "cuci tangan" and i will not get a refund if the package still not delivered by 1st April....

Really unfortunate, what is the correct and wrong postcode you have written? No chance to track since its normal airmail, what you can hope is the package reached you safely. No offense here, you shouldn't said they want to ignore the responsibility, you have provided the wrong postcode in the 1st place and normal airmail is prone to disappear in Malaysia. Wish you luck. Next time don't tell them you wrote wrong address
