Yup use VRT but that applies only on VR1.4. There is none browser fix in 2.0 though. Dont use stock browser so...

I guess you got to try the soft and hard reset then. See if that works. If not, send back to repair / warranty kua >.<

Sorry late reply. Here you go:

When you want to pass on your phone to some else it is a good idea that you wipe out all the data on your phone so that no one can get access to your personal data. You could also perform a reset if you device is frozen and not responding to your command.

Note: Performing the below actions will erase all your personal data, so if there is any data that you would like to keep please back them up first so that later you could restore them if you like.

If you are ready, then here's how:

Software Reset

1. Go to the Home screen.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Privacy.
4. Select Factory Data reset.
5. Select Reset Phone.
6. Select Erase Everything.

You devices should be resetting now.

Hardware Key Reset

1. Switch off the phone. Pull out the battery if you device is not responding.
2. Now press and hold down the volume up + volume down button. Then press and release the Home/Power button.
3. Next the phone will present a menu for you to choose, select Clear Storage.
4. Confirm if you want to go ahead.

Also you could try to key in *2767*3855# and press dial.

This is what happen to me. You can try and it works for me like charm.

1. Make sure it is rooted.
2. Go to Titanium Backup (TB) and backup maps.
3. Uninstall maps
4. Go to street view & uninstall also.
5. Reboot
6. Copy the map / navi (link in my siggy if you can't find) and choose the one WITHOUT resign (resign didn't work for me that's why) - copy into your SD
7. Use Super Manager (since it is free) and move that file you just copied to your System under app. Do this by pressing the back space
8. Inside apps folder, just paste.
9. Reboot and done

Tip: at #7, when the option comes out to R/O or R/W choose R/W

1. You need to Root to enable that.

2. After root, you can start moving those to your SD

Reinstall TB. After install, the backups should be there around...unless....nvm just try first Don't scare yourself
