I just installed the RNS510 and Unibrace UB at exquisite marques for my Roc. Labor cost only RM127.

Got the RNS510 used for RM2200 through ebay, shipped from Lithuania. Delivery only took 3 days.

The UB I ordered online while I was in the US for around RM1000. Both items manage to avoid tax so quite lucky la.

Now trying to find a place to install a Malaysian map for my RNS.

it's a known fact the speedometer in most cars is not accurate... over-reads by a few %.. wink.gif some say GPS reading are the closest... i can't b sure on that

Do you think if we upgrade to larger rims would cause the speedometer to be a bit heavier giving a more "accurate" reading?

I know VW Malaysia uses Castrol Edge 5W-40 as their official engine oil. However I read the recommended viscosity is 5W-30 which is the Castrol Magnatec 5W-30 A5. But how come I don't see anyone recommending the Castrol Magnatec? Any problems using fully synthetic oil?

However some say 5w40 is due to our hot weather. I beh hiaw. But bought 2 tongs of 5w30 liqui moly fr singapore for my car

I'm very keen of upgrading to Golf 1.4 TSi, thing is i'm from Kelantan and i have to drive down to Penang everytime for servicing  rclxub.gif . Do you guys think i should go for it ?
*
Well servicing is only per 15,000km. The real problem would be to get your car fixed (to claim warranty and such) in an event that there's a problem with the car.

Hi, what do you guys think about installing vw replica taiwan rims? Is there any downside to it? It's really cheap considering can get all 4 for under 2k.

1.4 rocs are common on the road? So far I've only see 2.0's thought. Sighh with my limited budget I'm only able to afford a 1.4 roc though. But I don't want to see like a push-over on the road when people see a 1.4 roc since many rocs are 2.0 on the road.

why bother other people? just enjoy your ride regardless what car..
