It is true that Highpoint no longer serve as ASUS authorised service centre and it is also true that we can provide pick-up and return service to your door step. Please be inform that it is only picking up the unit and NOT on-site testing or repair.
Simply Keep the PURCHASE RECEIPT for reference when sending in for warranty and also, try to keep the BOXES for at least 3 months just in case should there be need to exchange new unit.

Explain to me the procedures. A shope owner told me that Asus will come on-site to
pick up the notebook. Is that true?
