They rent by mentioned 3 ppl per house...later will be 10ppl. That's why they can give high rental to RM900.

Engineer grade to not need to stay in apartment...Company can offer a better place for engineer grade.
I'm from Japanese company so I know very well.

I agree with your point.
BTW how can we build up or work out with all this terms and condition?
Please advice last time how you all co-operation and make foreigenr and students difficult?
I strongly support with the point that you mentioned.
Just do not hope this apartment will become "pasar" apartment... icon_rolleyes.gif

4. We also waited so long for the lift during peak hour because of this ppl coming back from/to work....so residents ask them to wait and give priority to resident to use the lift....so they have to wait & wait...we create so much of difficulties to them.

This rules must set asap, otherwise once investor rent out...rental contract usually 1 year already & hardly get them move out.

After all apartment's residents unite, we manage to get this workers/students get lost.

Just my 2 cents from my previous experience.

i rented out. 100 rm cheaply to bangla family work at bangla embassy nearby this school.

Check with your bank first. If the bank said they already release the final sum, take note the releasing date and reference number if possible.

Then you call the developer and if they said need to wait tell them I already call my bank and they already release the money (what date)...

See what is their respond. And if they said they already post the clearance letter ask them to email you a copy. And you actually can take the key with the email copy.

My clearance letter only arrived by post after a week I take the key from developer using the email copy.

They deliver the letter via registered mail. Maybe you had missed it.
Call to the customer care and check the status and get them to email you advance copy first.
Bring all the documents and go to their sales office to clear the outstanding.
Then you may proceed to collect the key on the same day.

Today just went to lawyer firm.
Ask me to re-sign the loan document, due to the date already expired very long time ago.
hehe..cos i bought subsale ady more than 1 years...
I borrow from OCBC, so far this bank able to provide me good bank value. rclxms.gif
