Just do not hope this apartment will become "pasar" apartment...
I used to stay in apartment before and once gotten the key...a bunch of factory worker & college students already move in. Super fast!
Imagine 1 unit got 10 ppls....The lift crowd situation during peak hour, noise, safety if every one using stair case during fire....guess we will badly hurt at the stair case and dirty...
What we do to get them move out is...involve management/JMB committee and they set a very tight rules in my previous apartment:
1. Car / motorcyclist must use access card.
2. Walk-in must control now! Walk-in ppl must show I/C and register at guard house (including house owner as well)
(so this process will delaying their factory workers / students going back home late each time...make them difficult.
3. Management/JMB committee set house rules and put notice / inform owner we have this kind our house rules.
Cannot renting out for XX number of ppl for safety purpose, lift, etc...
4. We also waited so long for the lift during peak hour because of this ppl coming back from/to work....so residents ask them to wait and give priority to resident to use the lift....so they have to wait & wait...we create so much of difficulties to them.
This rules must set asap, otherwise once investor rent out...rental contract usually 1 year already & hardly get them move out.
After all apartment's residents unite, we manage to get this workers/students get lost.
Just my 2 cents from my previous experience.
