So I took my house keys several days ago, here's what I know so far:

- Astro: centralised with standard definition only. Upgrade to b.yond is possible with own cost. Dishes are to be installed on roof top with wiring all the way down to your own units, hense the installatiin cost depends on how low is the unit located.

- No telephone lines until 80% occupation, meaning no Unifi!

- Saw a house moving service unloading furnitures from a lorry, with a Indonesian looking girl looking on. They unloaded at least 6 beds and 3 wardrobes. Might be become a Maud hostel or something. When I left the complex there was a bus parked outside if the apartment.

May i know how many of you for own stay?my jiran all want to rent out.my jiran down stairs rent to factory workers. I think more than 5 people in the house.because i saw double decker bed at living hall.

Why my jiran said cannot buang sampah yet at the sampah room????he said the management said the sampah pick up only start later..anyone know about this??
