Got rumours coming from ASUS Singapore that the rollout of ICS for our TF101 begins tomorrow. We'll see tomorrow if that's true..but i dont think we (those under WWW sku) will get it tomorrow, should be within this week or next week. Usually TW and US SKU gets it first.

it backs up the app and data but limited to 600mb max which is lame but does work..

me too! no regrets getting the TF101, can watch movie on it, play some games, surf net - so much fun with it and since its not that heavy, easy to carry around also. cant imagine my life without it tongue.gif

I just tested our TF101 with "sd card tester" and the write speeds are really slow - 2.24 MB/s for a 472MB test file while the read is pretty decent - 12.09 MB/s. Compared with my new Kingmax MicroSD Class 6 doing :

read speed - 9.89 MB/s average
write speed - 10.81 MB/s average

How's it possible that the write speed is so incredibly slow? Could anyone test it out with the "sd card tester" app from the Android Market and let me know?

2. Dont think so, you can use google cloud printing but that needs your PC to be turned on also connected to a printer.
3. Don't know, check with shops, should be cheaper now since prime already released.

no. honeycomb and above including ICS doesn't support app 2 sd..you could root and get app2sd to do that tho i think...but with 16gb inside the transformer, why would you need to move apps to SD? app2sd was created due to lack of internal storage back in the old days when android was still new and internal storage was very small/little...

is anyone able to wake up their tablet from a screen timeout/sleep with a keypress on the dock anymore even AFTER disabling the mobiledock battery saving function in the settings > asus customised setting section?? I can't wake up the tablet anymore except by pressing the power button or the volume rocker buttons on the tablet itself!

I get this annoying click sound from the speakers sometimes when I launch certain apps or perform certain actions. Anyone getting this too?

i stopped using dolphin when ICS was out. Loved the stock browser - its really fast. Also chrome is pretty decent, but still slower compared to the stock browser.
