What specs you looking for or what is the purpose to use?
Web browser, word excel or photo editing,
All of them can be use with X1 carbon 7th gen. And upgrade to 4K HDR.
Can look at Yoga S940.

Lol, Carbon X1 6th gen, line for business base, they work with excel word only, but I love the HDR display.
Haha , in the end, still let go mine.
Go with P series, at least can upgrade ram and dual ssd slot with 4K HDR display too 😍😍😍

But only offer with 32GB of Ram Max to compare with P1 Gen 2

Haha I had encountered the same issue.
If you have WWAN totally out.
Your laptop can’t even shutdown force restart.
After removed the Fibocom L850-GL Card then working fine.
Seem like wasted money for WWAN card

Haha mine for multi tasking, autocad, revit Structure and Naviswork with revizto.
That is the problem for my X1 Carbon 6th Gen sold and replace with P1 Gen 2. Lol

I can’t stand without HDR, cause my previous X1 6th gen come with HDR 500nits, this is nice and colour pop out.
Rich and clear.

International service need to add on.
Premium service package don’t have international.
But no issue to claim in SG.

Both are business laptops.
Actually for all ThinkPad are consider as business laptop.
Regarding the X series more premium build, while the T series more on graphic card, best for use as photos editing works.
To me X series such as X1 Carbon body cover very nice touch, comes with soft rubber paints feel while the T4xx model cover just like normal plastic surface.

For all ThinkPad models , easier to access their mainboard to upgrade ram or SSD, against WWAN card as well, some they self upgrade display panel by their own and order parts from Lenovo.
