Anyone that having "FREEZE" or "HANG" issue need to remove the battery just can turn on back devices? If yes..install the battery booster from android market and monitor the temperature, if the Hang or Freeze happening when phone is over 36 Celsius above than take for warranty claim. It was battery faulty. Few week ago i having this issue and flash lot of firmware / baseband / kernel though can solve this issue, but after that i send to warranty and found it was battery faulty. Now they change a new battery for me and the problem is gone. Hope can help someone like me before.

Hey guys, I'm reporting in.
I've been using CM7 RC1 for nearly a week.
Was on 20110502 baseband with matching RIL.
So far everything I tested is good, no random freezes, restarts.

By now I'm on CM7 Nightly #70 with 20110622 baseband.
All I can say is the camera touch to focus and native screenshot feature is good.
It's fast and good at gaming too.
Still not suitable as a daily ROM especially when you are a heavy gamer, bugs still exist and it may cause you a headache.

Hey, is there any fix for random reboot/lock screen freeze?
Will it work to ROOT and add custom ROM? If so, which ROM should I use?

May i ask ur something regarfing video format ?
currently i got a MKV 720p format video
i put it in the ExternalSD and it totally not working "Unsupported format"
after that i download the moboplayer it still not work, "file not found"?
then test till tired and sleep....
now early morning wish some1 raise hand to help me out.............

I have try moboplayer rockplayer and mvideopaler..
all cant..donno why...will jump out

The MKV file may have different video/audio codecs that can't be played by system default.
If trying those 3rd party apps doesn't work then you may have to look into other way or download the same video from different source, hope this helps
Because I tried putting in my Full HD (1080p) mp4 and some of them can be played and others can't.

Flashing custom rom may not help u. I was using stock rom and it had the auto-reboot / SOD problem. sent for a 1:1 exchange and my phone has been flawless ever since even on stock rom.

Flashed with latest Modaco, no random reboot yet, will tell in a while if it fixed my problems.

there's a new update for the phone.. dont know what.. currently downloading the new update via lg mobile update

keep on getting error while updating.. so still dont know what update is this.. minght be V10c?

Hey, I've tried the HTC Sense 3.0 Theme, but didn't like it so I did a Wipe and flashed back to clean Modaco FR19 but now it won't connect to WiFi network anymore. Have tried several both with an without WEP and WPA.

Anything I could do to fix it?

Edit: Now it WiFi works again, I was just restoring backups withTitanium, and it suddenly connected to a network by itself. Weird.
