Finally true colors showing, directd, there were previous discussion to say that they remove and ban users from commenting negatively. They came into the forum to defend and say they do not do such a thing but always only try to improve. Today, I experienced it myself, they have just banned me from their facebook for posting and remove my comments so that their other users does not get to see it.

Beware, this shop is getting more and more dodgy by the day. They close up every clients who complaint to them. I have yet to collect my phone. I will go and collect it soon and post up more horror stories and experience with them.

Its really more worth it to pay a few hundred more for local set. This shop is really not worth your trouble and money even if the phone is just 1 dollar.

Today i go your shop to buy phone,
Very very long que. So i call and ask Adam. Adam ask me to call Mrs Virgnia
Then i call. But she ask me to find Alex. I meet Alex and he tell to take stok. But 30 minutes waiting him and he does not come with stock.

Lastly i line up at second floor and wait more 30 minutes

So total is almost 1 hours and a half waiting to buy phones ?

So you threat a dealer like this way?

dont have good experinced with them too, AP 2 yrs warranty, but the warranty take FORRRREEEEVVVEEERRRR and the technician very funny, he asked me what problem then i said " cannot on lo, my friend de original unit also like that i think tis sony problem gua " (like galaxy note release jelly bean that time, many user OTA update got their device fail) he then replied with funny face "as what is saw ur phone water damage wor"

not just them , satu gadget the same , i bought phone with them when his first joined lowyat , whatsapp reply fast with full answer, then now u may try ur own.

anywhere, the price is still quite good compare to others

Ok, they rectify their mistake. I am fine with that, that's called customer service, it is ok to screw up but don't screw up further and rectify. They did something good to me and to be fair, I have to give them thumbs up!
