I want give my complaint here ..
Your staff ask to register as dealer for fast taking stok without quenue I already give all and she say ok Today i go your shop to buy phone, Very very long que. So i call and ask Adam. Adam ask me to call Mrs Virgnia Then i call. But she ask me to find Alex. I meet Alex and he tell to take stok. But 30 minutes waiting him and he does not come with stock. Lastly i line up at second floor and wait more 30 minutes So total is almost 1 hours and a half waiting to buy phones ? So you threat a dealer like this way? So different to compare with others customers ?? The give document u ask to register as dealer is nonsense ?? Is it ? |
