i did one 2hp (non-inverter) cost rm450 include well conseal job done by my contractor.

total abt 15ft in my double terrace house, copper pipe start from living hall's wall till go up above plaster ceiling, then throught a drilled hole to above car porch ceiling and roof tile.

include replace 1 pc of car porch ceiling w/o paint + pvc sealing for the roof tile.

while the conseal water pipe go down along the living wall -> through a drilled hole of the front wall -> fencing wall -> drain.

i think it is worth because a lot things need to do.

Sometimes, the charges may be a bit different depending on the site condition. Landed property or condo?
In the balcony, can use the PVC trunking. This copper piping can be hidden inside the trunking.
The trunking painted the same colour as the wall. Looks nice...

Have you tried asking your aircon supplier to quote you for the piping? At least you have a comparison.
*
Mine is condo.
The RM400 is quote by ID company(i believe they sub to aircond guy), this is included conceal <10 feet for internal wall, and external wall <20 feet with PVC WHITE trunking(this is condo management required all exposed cable and pipe). This ID company have done many renovation at my condo, so the rm400 is final amount without any hidden cost. But i din give them any renovation job, so i did not ask them to do copper pipe.

Then the rm400 is included cover and touch up the hacking part, maybe they give free touch up if we give them the renovation project.
Means if i find outside aircond guy, the price should be within this amt, cant too far rite?

So now i have ask 1 aircond guy come to my places, they also cant give me actual cost as well. His just ask me to trust him, he say he will quote me the actual copper pipe length. but i did tell him whether can done within 400, he say impossible ..bla bla...he use the good copper pipe la, pvc trunking expensive la... good material la....

I will visit the jintex tis week, the price for 1.5HP panasonic econavi around rm1400 and add up 150 for installation included the 10 feet copper pipe.
In this case i think rm400 should able to cover the hacking, extra 20 feet copper pipe and pvc trucking cost?

My pricing is based on inverter a/c piping, concealing and plastering:
1. 1HP Split A/C - RM18.00
2. 1.5HP Split A/C - RM20.00
3. 2HP Split A/C - RM22.00

IF non inverter, I think is RM2 - 3 lesser than the inverter. He also gave a round up discounts on A/C installation (price below RM90 per unit, regardless of the HP).

The prices are not including the hacking and concealing jobs? Then it would mean those are installation charges for the air conditioner alone.

shocking.gif U serious? Even the price are in the rate of per ft., it's still insanely cheap. Maybe U have to add in 1 more zero before the 1st decimal point for all the prices above.

Yes, it's conceal and the contractor plastered as well. I didn't know whether there is any minimum distance, but I just got quoted on the spot. Took him 2 days to complete the job.

But since the topic is "Conseal A/C piping cost piping", I think it's would more appropriate if V only post the per ft. price on the hacking and concealing price rather than air conditioner installation charges.
