Sorry, the pricing is based on per feet.
1. 1HP Split A/C - RM18.00 per ft
2. 1.5HP Split A/C - RM20.00 per ft
3. 2HP Split A/C - RM22.00 per ft

I was thinking of getting a contractor to hack the wall prior to the installation of the air conditioner by another air conditioner contractor since the 1st contractor might not a expertise of air conditioner and the concealing works of the air conditioner contractor might not be good.

Nope. You should ask the aircon folk to hack and do all the aircon piping work, which they are the expert of it. Once they do all the piping, they will do simple cement work. You than ask can ask you main con to do proper cement and plaster work (pay extra).
Just take note and plan if you have plaster ceiling included what the gap from ceiling and plaster (5 - 9 inch).

If you put your hand on the wall where the water pipe is, you can feel it cooler than others wall. That is how the wall get moisture.  Specially if the conceal pipe is just at the wall surface. Not deep enough.

I got to use primer paint to paint first. Than apply the actual paint. If not, the paint will fade away.

Serious, that paint wil fade away?
