I personally like cyberjaya. I have 2 property in cyberjaya and im planning to get another. Maybe Pan'gaea can only attract students at this moment. Pros (my point of view):
1. Self sustaining
2. Beside the lake
3. Theres a hotel there rite?
Cons
1. If they target students, LKW is 5 mins from The Place which has 3 floors of retail outlets (which TS posted in feb here). MMU got The Arc beside them (TS posted it here.
2. ERL is at Garden Residence but it shouldnt be a problem.
Notes
If they have TGV/GSC there then it will defenitly work.
The Place is going for RM500+psf and UEM is launching some apartement for RM600+psf.
The Place's retail shops less than 80% sold.
Do they need more office towers?
