Doesn't look like Paragon -- unique design. Furthermore Solstice just got AP and not all sign SPA yet; earthwork not started yet.

That's the difference with Vega or Hyve -- Pangaea boasts of a self-sustaining mixed development with hotels, shopping mall, office and residence. If OSK Property can deliver then, yes, "ka-ching"...

Half means 5000 units. From now until end of 2016 is about 4 years. So there should be at least an increase of 1250 individuals yearly to CBJ to meet the supply of residences by end of 2016. Break it down further: is approx 100 persons per month.

Tower 2 small units still many... Maybe OSK should combine them into bigger units. I think demand for larger units more.

Played some of the games but the bungee/trampoline too scary for me. Saw a few of the staff try it -- imagine being catapulted up into the air then, free fall!

Drove around Cyber -- one of the traffic lights faulty. Smart city?

Got other development going on but less publicity -- Crystalville Kedai dan SOHO? Oversupply??

The one thing I like was how the roads are wide and appear organised like Putrajaya. Hopefully the town council have good sense to keep it like that. Otherwise, the place looks quiet, not necessarily a bad thing.

The furnished showroom items different from the actual items given to buyers e.g sofa, table top (showroom silver reflective top, buyers get plain white top), bar stool(only given one but there were two in showroom, the one in showroom had a backrest while the one buyers will get is only a stool), bed, etc. all looked of inferior quality to the ones in the showroom. Only the kitchen cabinet looked similar.
