I was initially very sad, but after attended yst session i think we need to hear more from osk 1st. To me i am planning for my own stay. So I can accept osk explanation that the change is for better sustainability of Pangaea . I also do not want to see pangaea become dead place. As for Kepler, I will want to see more details of this  1st bcos osk said its different from the rest phases.

For my own stay I am very concerned if this pangaea 80% units are for renting cos imagine your neigbours is all tenants. Do not expect they will care for development welfare in long term.

So I do hope the change is for better of pangaea.

I went to the Gem few days ago. They have showrooms for MV phase 3 inside. Like a makeshift sales office but done up nicely. I do like their layout.

I asked the SA what the mall would have. No more badminton court. A college will be setup there. Some restaurants and IT shops. But all unconfirmed news, according to SA. Mall is opening year end. Hmmm, looks like can't confirm on the tenants yet?

Lol. Need appointment with agent coz it's still pre-launch. I just followed my colleague without appt. lol.

Im a buyer of solstice. I received a late interest letter by osk too. U need to check with the lawyer on whose mistake.. So far my lawyer gave me a chronology n told me the disbursement was late due to developer late payment of stamp duty causing the slow process of bank paying the developer. Ive scan a copy of chronology n emailed to developer admin dept but no news. If this is the case we will not be liable to pay developer becos of their own slow process.
