Guys.. I currently not in kl. Please help to ask if the change of master plan was properly communicated to all buyers with involved paragon, solstice and eclipse as I suspect alot might not aware of this change. Honestly speaking, if the plan is without the iconic mall n 5* hotel, i would not buy this development as it is too priced. So for who attend the meeting later, please help me to communicate my concern. Thanks alot.

Absolutely... I was taking this integrated development as reference to midvalley, sunway pyramid even though it might not be as big but these integrated development have 4 important element which is 4-5* hotel, office suites, service residence n mega mall. This is planned in pangaea previously as well. In term of key success of integrated with these 4 key elements it start from 1. successful and attractive mall (uncertain anymore now), 2. office suite (uncertain now too), 3. hotel ( uncertain as well) and the last comes to services residence (which osk trying to add more n this is the least important of a integrated developement). The successful don't comes from your residential units instead from the mall. I don't think midvalley would success just by supply needs to their office building n residences. Therefore osk talk is plain bullshitting. Indirectly they are telling you that for midvalley to success they would need to build a town first ( add more residence). Stupid right..
